Interested in being a vendor at the 2025 Peace Valley Folk Fest in Hudson's Hope BC? We look for vendors that fit the vibe of the festival, and we are excited to showcase your food, products, services, or whatever you may have to offer!.

We require vendors to be set up and ready to go by 4:00 Pm on Friday July 4th, with takedown happening after 3:00 pm on Sunday July 6th. We close the gate at the end of each night, but there is no festival security through the night so vendors are responsible for securing their own goods. ​

If you are selected to be a vendor, we will reply to the application email with a Vendor Agreement form. Once that is filled out and returned, we consider you booked! We make an effort to advertise all of our vendors in advance, some photos of your goods/services help us to promote you so make sure that you link to your socials!
